In the State of Hawaii, helmets are not required. We encourage the use of helmets and they are included in your rental rates.

All reservations are on a pre-paid basis, meaning we charge your credit card for the full rental at time of booking the reservation. This ensures that your bike is available and waiting for you when you arrive at the rental location. Because of this all confirmed rental reservations are non-refundable. No refunds on early returns. We accept MasterCard, Visa, Diners Club, JCB, Unionpay, and Discover. We do not accept American Express

We do not hold a security deposit unless you refuse to take the included insurance plan.
Can you deliver the bike to a location I choose? If so, what is the cost?

Bike delivery varies on a case by basis. We may work with you on this based on time, location, and availability of staff. If available, typically it is $50.00 for delivery and $50.00 for a pickup within a 15-mile radius.

No. we do not offer any type of pickup service, however, there are plenty of shuttles and taxis that can perform this service for you.

All of our bikes are sent out with a full tank of fuel, It is the customers’ responsibility to return the bike full of fuel. There is a gas station 50 yards from our location. Vehicles returned with a less fuel than check-out are subject to a refueling charge

The customer is responsible for checking engine oil levels at each refueling and reporting mechanical failures immediately. Instructions and procedures for maintenance expense reimbursement are provided at pick-up. Customers may be held responsible for mechanical damage due to negligence in motorcycle operation or failure to provide normal maintenance.

Every renter is provided with a 24 hour emergency telephone number at pick-up. In case of a mechanical breakdown our staff will arrange for towing or for a replacement bike to be brought to you. If a replacement bike is not available, you will be refunded the remainder of your reservation time.

The minimum age to rent a motorcycle is 21 years. There is no age limit for passengers, however the passenger must be able to reach the passenger foot pegs or floorboards of the bike.

You must have a valid motorcycle license to rent a motorcycle from us.

International customers: If your license allows you to legally ride the same type of bike in your home country, you can rent from us. The license from your country is sufficient, – you don’t have to get an international drivers license.

9:30am to 6:30pm everyday

Yes, 1 additional driver is permitted, however there may be an additional charge. The minimum age for an additional driver is 21 and a valid motorcycle license is required.

For scheduling purposes, rentals are available for pickup at 9:30am, 2:30pm and 6:30pm However you may pickup or drop off anytime within your rental period within normal business hours.

We reserve the right to substitute the motorcycle confirmed to rental client. If we are not able to provide the confirmed motorcycle a similar or better model will be provided to the client. This constitutes our maximum liability.

Yes, every client will receive orientation to the motorcycle. The client orientation will cover all aspects of safe motorcycle operation, the clients’ maintenance responsibilities, local and state laws

Violation of listed restrictions voids all insurances and the customer will be held liable for damages. Road Restriction: Rental street motorcycles are not allowed on gravel roads, beaches, logging or other non-public roads. Pacing/Idling restriction: client will be held responsible for any damage, including engine failure, caused by the pacing of athletes or prolonged idling of air cooled motorcycles.
